United Energy Pakistan – UEP

ASA designed and built 60,000 sq. ft. of office space for UEP, Pakistan’s largest foreign oil and gas exploration company, located in Sky Tower, Karachi, with a view of the sea. The client sought open-plan offices focused on agile workspaces and fostering collaboration. Drawing inspiration from oil rigs and marine geometry, we introduced raised decks for meeting rooms and breakout spaces at the heart of each floor. Coffee stations featured triangular metal elements and wind sails, evoking a sense of being at sea.
We not only designed the space but also provided construction management and project management services to ensure seamless execution. Even the president works in an open space, reinforcing a culture of openness, with repurposed filing cabinets serving as space dividers and plant stands. The dynamic interiors, energized with vibrant colors reflecting UEP’s logo, create an atmosphere of innovation and vitality.
