The client wanted 4 apartment buildings on a sloping site with the Golf Course across the road as the focal concept of the design. Arshad Shahid Abdulla (ASA) abstracted the Golf Course elements into developing the design language. Prominent features include:
- Carving out design lines as a patch of the Golf Course
- Each of the 4 Buildings are a mashup of two Golf Holes
- Scenic views are framed from each apartment
- A recreational building was developed as a Golf Clubhouse
- Swimming Pools, Walking Tracks, and Playgrounds developed as Golf Components
- The PGA Entrance and Exit developed to add an air of exclusivity and high prominence
- Generous covered parking designed for convenient flow and access
- An exclusive Retail Drive added to house the shopping experience within the Project’s bounds
